- How does Vandigital work?
- Vandigital sells video tutorials and models libraries available to be downloaded online. Once the products have been paid for via Paypal, you may download them from your account dashboard.
- What format are the videos in?
- Video tutorials are provided in high definition 1280x720 quicktime format. Quicktime can be downloaded here. Models and textures are available as a downloadable .zip archive.
- Will my purchases expire?
- Your purchased products do not expire and will remain available anytime through your account dashboard.
- How many times can I download my purchases?
- For your convenience, we allow you to re-download your products as many times as you wish.
- Can I share my purchased tutorials or assets?
- No. We work very hard and take time out of our production schedules to share these tutorials, techniques and models at very affordable prices. Please respect that and keep your products to yourself. If piracy and file sharing becomes rampant, we would not be able to offer the materials at these prices.
- What if the file sizes are too big for my internet connection?
- If you are on a slow connection and would like to have the products delivered to you, please contact us with your address. A custom DVD will be developed for you for a fee of $20.00 plus shipping.
- How are the custom DVDs shipped?
- Orders are shipped via FedEx Express or FedEx Ground. Orders are processed Monday-Friday and will be shipped with-in 24 hours.
- Do the DVDs work in all countries?
- DVDs from Vandigital are DVD-ROMs, compatible with virtually all computers,
- Are your DVD products guaranteed?
- Vandigital DVDs are guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition. If any DVD should be damaged in shipping or prove to be a defective copy, we will replace it with a new one of the same product. This guarantee is valid up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
- What is your refund policy?
- Purchased downloads are refundable under the condition that the product in question has not been downloaded by the user. All of our DVDs are non-refundable.
- Is my credit card number safe?
- Vandigital does not store your credit card information. All transactions are made through Paypal, a well-reputed organization.
- Is my information kept private?
- Vandigital never sells or shares any customer information with any other company. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy.
